Never heard a word. Orientation came and went. I went up there in person to find out why I was never contacted. HR told me oh they were offering a different orientation time for part-time nurses. Said they were gonna send out that information later the same day. Never heard a word again. Then these places wonder why they are short staffed?

Poured out one of his meds that they claimed was an emergency med... turned down his oxygen multiple times after he was maintaining well before. After the oxygen cuts he always got worse. He couldn't move much at one point after they wanted him to keep taking a new drug and they didn't seem to care, but after some swelling later on they made a big deal about the swelling even though it was no where near as bad as before, and then they dropped him completely claiming it wasn't personal. At one point the nurses manager Hope told me (and I have it on video) that she wanted my dad to do drugs and drink alcohol while on hospice so that he had a good time. Stay away from this hospice

But because of my health I still needed assistance so I tried one more aide and because of my…read moresituation with long-term care I was locked into this company. So a third aid came out. This time I had working cameras in several rooms. I think because of this, this aide actually did some work around the house for me. I made no effort to hide the cameras; in fact I pointed them out to this last Innovative employee hoping it would encourage honesty. Since I had discovered the first theft I had also been trying to make a point of keeping my money on my person. But after another hospitalization I came home and was tired and disoriented to some degree and left my billfold on the nightstand in my bedroom. The aid was in my bedroom and was supposedly changing my sheets. I had a bad feeling suddenly and felt for my billfold and realized it was in the bedroom with her. As soon as she left at her shift's end I immediately went to my bedroom and checked my billfold. Because of the hospitalization the day before, the money in my billfold had been counted several times by myself and hospital security guards and I knew to the dollar how much money it contained. My billfold seemed to be slightly askew from the position I normally left it in and there were bills sticking out about a half inch and I never left money in my billfold like that. I immediately counted it, and then counted it three more times. $160 was missing. Next I watched the security cam footage. The gall of this person was amazing. She stood next to the bed and my nightstand. Then she held up a king sized pillow where it was just touching the bed and perfectly perpendicular to the field of view of the camera. She held the pillow there as a shield as she looked at the nightstand behind it and reached there with her free hand. After fumbling around for a few seconds and dropping her prize on the floor once, she shoved the $160 in her pocket and left the room. This is chutzpah - she KNEW the camera was aimed right at her and robbed me anyway. How little regard she must have for her victims? She admitted she robbed me to her boss at Innovative but claimed it was only $100 and only because she needed "gas money." That was funny, because the day before she had insisted I give her money for gas and I did. Long Term Community Care later informed me they were not supposed to ask for that, so she was scamming me in every way possible. Do not hire these people! Do not let them in your home! For God's sake do not let them near your elderly relatives or anyone who might be physically disabled or without all of their faculties! Instead of assisting me with light household chores they used me in every way they could and made my life decidedly harder. To make matters worse, they stole from me at every opportunity. And if you think it couldn't possibly get worse, it could. All of these employees talked at great length to me about God and their strong faith. Two of them claimed to be "preachers." One of them invited me to join her church and the men's group there. This was 10 minutes before she slipped the $160 out of my billfold! In other words, these criminals use God as a ruse to make you lower your guard as they rob you blind. As Shakespeare once said, "Hell is empty and all the devils are here."
