They still respond with courtesy, and you can't see the stress. I was a bit concerned about what my flowers would look like, just because of the customer service. When I first called, they asked me to call back some other time because they were about to close. I called about 15 minutes before closing, so I thought that was odd. After sending me photos of the look I wanted, I had trouble getting them to call me or email me back. Luckily, the product was way better than their customer service.

I called the kind folks over at Lilygrass Flowers and Decor and they checked the zip codes as a first step to be sure they were the right team for the job. Turns out they were! Ordering over the phone was easy. They were able to email me photos of bouquets they had on hand to see if it matched my vision. They worked with me to customize the each order and let me know the expected delivery date. They sent me an email receipt which I was able to review and call them with a couple of minor changes. The flowers were delivered the next day. They were great about calling me when they ran into unforeseeable challenges delivering one of the orders. We got it figured out and the recipient received the order without problems. The Lillygrass team helped me curate a special bouquet for people in my life who are special to me. Since this was to be the delivered the day before the funeral I told her I didn't want that kind and wanted something that would last longer. I spent $102 total and got an ugly, plain plant with the $20 crystal cross that I requested stuck on the dirt and pushed against the plant. The plant was so plain that I was ashamed of it and apologized to the family. I have used this florist multiple times in the past and have always been thrilled.
