I would not recommend Reliable Training based on my experience. I enrolled in their program using…read morethe Michigan Achievement Scholarship because it was advertised as covering CNA, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Medication Technician (Med Tech) training. Unfortunately, the program did not deliver what was promised. The CNA portion was very limited, and I did not feel properly trained or prepared. There was little to no real instruction for the Med Tech portion at all. It felt misleading compared to how the program was advertised. The hands-on training at a nursing home was also unprofessional at times, and proper procedures were not consistently followed, which was concerning. Overall, I feel like I did not receive the quality education or training that I signed up for. I hope they improve their program and become more transparent for future students.

My daughter was labeled the "bad kid" and used to cry about how they made her feel. It's been about 6 months since leaving, we were told she would not excel going into kindergarten. Do not take your kids here if you want them to know how to regulate their emotions in a healthy way.

On top of our comfort level, our daughter loved it immediately. She warmed up to Ms. Jill and Mr. Aaron from day 1 and they are absolutely wonderful with the kids. When we had a second child (son) 5 years ago, we never had a second thought to bring him to a daycare other than Forever Young Childcare Academy. Various scenarios were presented and helped to reinforce knowledge. Newer AHA guidelines were presented, which is helpful. We had adequate time for hands-on practice with real-time feedback. I will refer colleagues and lay family and friends to consider CHASE for BLS. The sign up was easy with a lot of class options.
