We went to the back dining room which was clean and spacious and wanted to sit on the screened in porch overlooking the neighboring barns with goats and a horse or two. Like all memory care facilities everything is locked and we couldn't get anyone to let us out on the screened in porch. We didn't try very hard though. There were no activities going on on this Sunday afternoon. Dear friends nails were painted and it looked professional! That's a nice touch! Every inch of the facility is spotless even the gender neutral restrooms. The staff still don't wear uniforms or name tags and there is no sign in sheet at the lobby. The adjacent barn/farm area has what I thought would be a lake and it isn't. This is a nice memory care ladies only facility in Madison!

We met with Jennifer who explained how they operate, gave us pricing and then showed us 3 options. They have a nice dining room, activities room, hair salon area, reading room, library and other amenities. My mother-in-law is nearing time to go to a place where people can give her full time assistance and care. We will definitely give Proveer a call when the time comes to place my MIL.

The facility is spotlessly clean and the landscaping is beautiful. They have 3 room sizes - studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom. The food is excellent and plentiful. Activities at the facility include bingo, dominoes, a weekly happy hour, musical events, and special occasion family gatherings. They also have regular excursions out of the facility for lunch, fishing, or shopping. All in all Kauhale provides excellent care for our loved one at a very reasonable price. Highest possible recommendation!

SPH w/ Linda & Sarah to the rescue. When his original scheduled sitter became ill at the last min, management i.e.Sarah, stepped right in to cover a few days till another "regular" sitter could be scheduled. He has had Amber coming about 4 weeks and really likes her. My father is eccentric, set in his way as any 85 yo is and not very sociable, so this is saying alot. I do not have a doubt in the world, that should Amber need to miss a day for some reason, Linda & Sarah will be right on top of things. Great peace of mind. The best communication team ever.

This review is for the lab in Madison's Huntsville Hospital. I enjoyed my visit there after being…read morein lab work purgatory at a place I won't mention in Harvest which I used for years. Ehn, I shudder at the thought of that place! Enter HH, Madison Lab. Easy online scheduling with, I believe, first available appmt. at 0620, which is great for those [like me] who are fasting. I think my appmt. was around 740. You wait in your car, they text you and you go in. The pond w/ a walking trail around it is so pretty with the fountain feature in the middle, that the time flies by while you enjoy the pond as you wait for your appmt. The interior was clean and cozy. I didn't use the restroom, so I can't comment on that. There is a kiosk to check in and I'm accustomed to having my driver's license, insurance card, and credit card all set to show the receptionist -- not here, they had everything they needed and all I had to do was use the kiosk to check in. WIN. The staff wore masks, and I think we patients did, too and they kept the waiting room capacity down to ~ 4 "patients." Why no 5th star? The lady who drew my blood, although sweet as pie, did a horrible job, and bruised my veins so badly, it took over a week to heal! Thank goodness it didn't hurt at the time, nor did it take her long to pull like 3 vials, but goodness -- DON'T jab me/us like that. Next time, I'll use my right arm that has better veins. I do recommend this lab, it's way nicer than the place that rhymes with "Lab Score."
