Ash later texted me to say that that my appointment time was promised to another client so that I needed to re-book. When i tried to re-book it on line it asked me to pay the deposit again. I texted her the date I wanted to re-book for and she said she would do it. I didn't hear back from her so i texted her later in the day to ask if she re-booked the appointment and also asked how i book the other 2 appointments. She then texted me saying that after reviewing her schedule and client needs she doesn't think she is the best fit for what I am looking for and suggested another place that I could go to. I asked her why and that I didn't understand and she never texted me back. I find this extremely unprofessional and rather rude especially for someone who is in the service industry. Maybe she should hire a receptionist to deal with such things if she doesn't like to answer questions and address clients needs.
