If I could give a zero I would. Beware of their "free" hearing test. It's only a sales tactic to get you in to sell you hearing aids. Cheryl called my elderly Mother to come in for a free hearing test & tried to push her to buy hearing aids. My Mom said NO. Cheryl persisted by calling my Mother again months later & told her she felt sorry for her when she was there walking around not being able to hear that well. Cheryl pressured my Mom & talked her into coming in for another appointment. She ended up signing her up for a Care Credit credit card to the tune of $3K. My Mom is on a very fixed income & can't afford it! Unfortunately I found out about it too late for us to dispute the credit card charge. She didn't fully understand the terms & did NOT want to buy them. My Mom told Cheryl NO several times on the phone & in person. She took advantage of her. When I called her to tell her so, all she said was your Mother understood.
SHAME ON YOU! When someone tells you NO...DON'T CONTINUE CALLING THEM & PRESSURING THEM WITH SHADY UNSCRUPULOUS TACTICS. NO MEANS NO!!
EVERYONE BE WARNED...DON'T LET YOUR ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS TO GO HERE. read more
