I have been to several Audiologists in Raleigh. Could never find the right one, I was lucky to find Joe. Finally, I think these hearing aids are going to work. I have a substantial amount of hearing loss, and it has been so hard to deal with...with each audiologist , results were not even 'just okay". Still struggling to hear what people were sayin, was horrible during Covid with the masks! Joe take time with you and he just keeps on and on until he thinks that he has it right... and it has been nice because you know that he really cares. "How does this sound, Nancy? or how bout this?" ..,.he keeps on and on testing, very patiently, until it is right. He knows what he is doing and you can sense it from the beginning. I spent a lot of money on hearing aids, was close to giving up. he has been doing this for a long time..and that experience tells the story! He is definitely seasoned in his work. This has been a great experience and I would recommend him, he knows what he is doing, finally!

I chose Horizon IX devices through Hear.com, then met with the hearing aid specialist at their office. They conducted the audiology tests, then tested speech tests in order to program my devices. They are amazing in separating background noise from speech. The customer care at this business is excellent. I highly recommend.

Cheryl called my elderly Mother to come in for a free hearing test & tried to push her to buy hearing aids. My Mom said NO. Cheryl persisted by calling my Mother again months later & told her she felt sorry for her when she was there walking around not being able to hear that well. Cheryl pressured my Mom & talked her into coming in for another appointment. She ended up signing her up for a Care Credit credit card to the tune of $3K. My Mom is on a very fixed income & can't afford it! Unfortunately I found out about it too late for us to dispute the credit card charge. She didn't fully understand the terms & did NOT want to buy them. My Mom told Cheryl NO several times on the phone & in person. She took advantage of her. When I called her to tell her so, all she said was your Mother understood. SHAME ON YOU! When someone tells you NO...DON'T CONTINUE CALLING THEM & PRESSURING THEM WITH SHADY UNSCRUPULOUS TACTICS.
