Within ten minutes, she had assessed, using digital aids (yes, she has up to date equipment), that he was hearing only 50%-70% of what he should be hearing. By the time we left an hour later, he was so much more animated, having conversations with us that he couldn't have had before we saw her, that it was amazing.
