They collect a copay business as usual at check-in, and then send separate bills to your insurance, and later mail you bills for the additional copays. They'll blame it on your insurance company, but your insurance company is just processing it how they bill and code it. Currently appealing, as this seems very wrong and unethical. We've had the same insurance plan for years and have utilized it for numerous other specialists who never charge more than one copay no matter how many staff members pop in to consult with us.

He walked out, then returned, opened the door and told us to leave now because she had made such crazy accusations. We should've been given some courtesy and professionalism. We had the opportunity to visit with Pediatric ENT, Dr. Daniel Wohl, and his wife, Cindy. Since it was a holiday, we were disappointed that we could not book any tours in Jacksonville or St Augustine. Dr. Wohl stepped up to the plate and offered us a tour of his state-of-the-art medical facility. We were so impressed with how well thought out their office is. The waiting room, which included a homework area, an educational play area, along with the most beautiful, Key West style, "waterless" fish tank (that was impressive), as well as a very colorful check-in reception desk. All of the artwork in the office was tasteful and had special meaning with the purpose of creating a warm and inviting environment. They offer audiology services, including a full-sized sound booth testing area. The examining rooms were all unique and designed to make children feel comfortable and safe. All the rooms are equipped with everything needed to professionally care for their patients. We wrapped up our tour with a special treat... Dr. Wohl was able perform a live demonstration on how he checks a patient's ears. Vivian O. volunteered to be the patient. I was very impressed with Dr. Wohl's examination, his demeanor, and how he offered advice in an easy to understand manner. Thank you Dr. Wohl and Office Manager, Cindy, for an amazing tour of your facility. If I was a kid, this would be the first Doctor's office that I would actually look forward to going to.

Dr. Wohl took the time to sit with us and look over all of my son's previous records and tests, he was the first doctor that actually heard us and I felt cared as much as we did. He was very thorough and we felt our son would get the help he needed under his care. He expedited my son's case and we had some procedures done. Dr. Wohl was with us every single step of the way making sure we were understanding what was happening. We felt so supported. My son now doesn't need to have any steroids to open his airway, he is breathing normally, sleeping normally and is a happy, healthy child. They determined it was beyond a simple cleaning, looked up my hearing aid serial number on the manufacturers website, found it was under warranty, and sent it in for service.
