I requested the receptionist. She, somehow, understood my agony and discomfort. She asked me to wait if doctor has sometime for me. Eventually, Doctor got me in. Wax problem was so intense that Dr. David took his time and kept working on to resolve the wax problem in a very professional manner. He showed me the inner state of my ear on monitor. It was all new to me to learn the care of my ears. Later he tested my hearing as well. Before I came to the clinic,I couldn't hear any outer noise, even start of my engine starting..... and now, it was so much noise. I can hear everything any thing. It is amassing. I personally recommend everyone who has hearing problem to reach out the clinic and get very professional help. I found the whole clinic staff is highly professional.

You are warmly greeted at reception by Liz and Nicole who can do a clean up in minutes. Audiologists Alan, Rebecca, and Victoria know their stuff. They make you comfortable as they test and advise or do adjustments. This is such a contrast to our last place where we waited weeks to get in to see anyone and where clean ups were only done in a one hour window, once per week. They make promises…read moreover the phone until you go to the clinic, and once it is time for your procedure, EVERYTHING changes. They want to take your money for the least service possible. The admin staff are lacking communication, no one is able to give final decisions and they waste your time endlessly. GOOD LUCK if you try to call anyone, they never answer their phones, even the front desk. They wanted to take THOUSANDS of dollars from me without providing any invoices and before giving me a service/ procedure. I started my post-procedure instructions and medication 10 days in advance, and the day of my procedure, they call me to reschedule the appointment. When I was booking a month in advance, i told them that my work requires that I travel a lot, and they promised they will be committed to the appointment they are giving me. On the day of the procedure, their reasoning was that the X-ray technician had an accident. I would've understood if this is true, but apparently last-minute rescheduling is a thing they do (according to other google reviewers) The clinic then calls me back to go on time (original booking ), and they will make me wait for 3-4 hours until i get my procedure, which I found disrespectful for my time. The X-Ray technician was not there, I did not see the doctor, and I did not feel comfortable with the operations manager taking my money before any guarantees or proof of payment. The staff also have left so i have no witness that i paid my bill. Eventually, when i decided to cancel my procedure (because nothing we agreed on was completed from their side) they did not want to give me back my deposit. There is no where in their communication (email or text) specifying that the deposit is non-refundable, plus it is not my problem they did not provide the service as agreed upon. Please stay away from this clinic if you can, they over-charge and under deliver. They are disorganized, and they will not keep their promises to what was agreed upon. They are greedy and will take every chance to take your money

It was a few weeks later and the issue was still there, very irritating. I arrived and was greeted in a very friendly atmosphere. The Audiologist checked my ear with the equipment and it showed a blockage of wax way up high. It required irrigation which did not hurt just a bit of flushing. I was very relieved when I seen the small particles come out into the water. My ears were rechecked to see if the levels were balanced and everything was back to normal. Thank you Lauren and Colleen!
