I went for my very first hearing test at ENT Specialists. I later found out that this test is to move the ear drum to see if there is fluid behind the ear drum. That night my ears were ringing all night long, evidentially causing tinnitus and now more of a loss of my hearing. The next day, Friday morning, I called back the office back, asking for the doctor to call me. He did not call me till the following Monday night!! He said their phones were down. I had no trouble calling in initially. I was told my message was not marked urgent. The care at the ENT SPECIALISTS is not care that I would recommend to anyone who would like to keep the hearing they currently have. I had to fly the following week and was in extreme pain landing. What a waste of time and damage to my hearing. What a lack of caring, BEWARE, DO NOT GO THERE!!

These posters included a link to online mental health resources and a phone number to either call or text in an emergency. All they did was a run of the mill hearing test you can get for free at hearing centers, told me my 1 ear was perfectly fine (It's not) and billed me over $500. Insurance got approx half. I waited 3 months for an appointment that cost me almost 2 days pay that was just a complete waste of my time. Services in the past have had the billing process be a complete disaster. Screwing up mailing invoices and then I get a letter 4 years later from a collection agency that is so crooked that the BBB dropped accreditation. It's telling for a company that uses companies like this.

We landed on Fluke because we liked the female audiologist and they offered free replacement batteries for your new hearing aid as needed, and for adjustments, just walk in. Well when you would stop in for batteries they would only give you 2-3 packs each trip, and finding someone for adjustments was impossible. My mom is 85 and doesn't get out often so that supply of batteries doesn't last too long. Shortly after we got our aids, the female audiologist left...ugh. It all started with a phone call…read more.. I called Advanced Hearing of Brighton and I explained to Laura I needed a hearing test ASAP. Due to a cancelation at their office Laura was able to get me in that day. Office and front office staff: Super clean office. Laura at the the front desk was very sweet and very professional. Check-in was very easy and Laura had all my paperwork ready when I walked in. Laura explained the forms, I filled out the forms and signed everything. Hearing test with Dr. Laura: Dr. Laura spoke with me about my issues and concerns. Dr. Laura was very professional but nice (I like that in my doctors). Dr. Laura then conducted the hearing test. First impressions of booth--very clean. It was obvious the equipment is cleaned after each use. Post test with Dr. Laura: Dr. Laura explained my results. I've had hearing tests in the past. But the other doctor's have never explained the results and showed me where I fell on the charts for my hearing (or lack of hearing). Dr. Laura asked about other hearing issues I may be experiencing. Again... the other audiologists I've met with in the past have never asked questions other than what brand of hearing aid would you like? Before everything was concluded, Dr. Laura explained there was a program with my employer for hearing aids. Dr. Laura kindly explained the program, answered my questions, and filled out the paperwork for me. Will I go back: I have found a new office for life. Forget getting a Costco hearing aid, or going to Sam's Club for a test and fitting. I will be spreading the news about Advanced Hearing of Brighton. I was initially…read morereferred for issues related to my sinuses and throat and was given a diagnosis of allergies and LPR (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux). DR. Sayal never described LPR or even told me what it stands for, I had to research the disorder on my own. However, I felt satisfied enough after the first appointment. During my two follow up appointments Dr. Sayal was over 30 minutes late to both appointments and the time he spent during each appointment was less than 10 minutes; I felt that he was eager to end my appointments quickly. During my second follow up I had communicated my recent symptoms and mentioned that I was having difficulty telling if my symptoms were improving or not, Dr. Sayal did not ask any follow up questions or inquire about the changes I had made based on his recommendations. I feel that there was nothing that he said that a quick Google search could not have told me instead. I was also off put by the fact that the exam rooms each had monitors advertising Dr. Sayal's cosmetic work; I saw several before and after pictures of rhinoplasties, face lifts, and eye tucks. I do not know the fully extend of Dr. Sayal's practice, but it did not inspire confidence in me given that my ENT referral has more ads for cosmetic services in his offices. Overall, I would say that I have had the unfortunate experience that many have when interacting with the medical system, that of being just another face. I am left thinking: if this is the kind of treatment you provide, why did you go to medical school for all those years?

I feel like I actually have a connection/personal relationship with my doctor. All of the staff here are the same. The ladies at the desk have always been friendly, the physician's assistants are all amazing. I have been seen by the other physicians here for emergency appointments and they are amazing as well!
