I originally had my appointment scheduled for last Monday, but while enroute, my Ford F450's transfer case exploded just outside the Utah port of entry, forcing me to cancel. Without missing a beat, Dr. North's team was understanding and rescheduled me at a convenient time. The entire staff was warm and professional. Dez, who weighed me and took my vitals, was fantastic--she has a comforting "scale-side manner" that made me feel at ease, especially as I transition from swimsuit to sweater season!
