Went there with my sister yesterday and we got the rudest doctor ever. She came in with a head…read moreinjury and only a CT was done, no eye tests or anything else even when she had obvious slurring and forgetfulness. After waiting for hours the doctor came back in saying she had concussion symptoms with no concussion? They tried to hurry us up but we were understandably concerned and confused so we asked over again what exactly that meant because that sounds like a concussion? When the doctor came back in she was extremely rude, staring with "so I heard we have some frustration on the diagnosis not being a concussion? Why is that?" In a snappy tone. After trying to explain why we were confused she said "are you a licensed medical professional? Do you know how to diagnose a concussion? Hm?" Nearly yelling at us. Then she said "it's been explained to you multiple times so I don't understand why you're still here" after trying to get any words in over the Doctor yelling over us we asked what she was supposed to do if she wasn't supposed to sustain another head injury if she's supposed to go to work the next day. She responded with "well maybe you need to decide if that job is worth it, you knew the risks." Then tried to compare her job to ours. Finally when we were fed up and left she just said "bye" in a terrible awful tone. Never coming here again because obviously the emergency department hires those with horrible attitudes and even worse care.

I explained that this was incorrect, as I had already completed an ultrasound elsewhere. I had called the office twice prior to the appointment to confirm that my report had been received, and both times I was told it was on file. However, upon arrival, I was told they did not have the report. Fortunately, I had brought my own copy to provide. While I was attempting to clarify this issue at the front desk, one of the staff members abruptly and loudly stated, "my medical information and history" in front of everyone in the waiting room. This was extremely inappropriate and a clear breach of my privacy, as my personal medical information was shared publicly without my consent. When I calmly expressed that this was unprofessional and not appreciated, the staff members mocked me, closed the privacy screen, and proceeded to make unkind and unprofessional remarks about both me and my husband -- comments that we could still clearly hear through the window. After this, I requested the office manager's contact information, including their name, phone number, and email address, so I could report the incident and resolve the matter properly. The staff refused to provide that information, which I believe is another violation of my rights as a patient and a failure to allow me to report a serious concern. In addition to the privacy breach and unprofessional conduct, the appointment itself was incorrectly scheduled, and I was nearly charged for services that I did not request and should not have been billed for. The entire experience was distressing, unprofessional, and unacceptable for a healthcare environment that is supposed to prioritize confidentiality, respect, and patient care. I then called them about a week later to see if I could get the office managers email and phone number and was refused again. This was insane.

I came back a couple of times because he wasn't willing to settle for anything less than perfect, and that meant a lot to me. The entire office staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, especially when it comes to working around my crazy schedule because I have 5 kiddos . I also always enjoy chatting with Hunter while I'm there, which is an added bonus to my trip. Dr. Eggen has a way of making a trip to the dentist feel more like visiting with a friend. I was referred to this dentist and I was less than impressed! My cleaning was just fine, but…read moremeeting with Dr Eggen was way below what I was expecting. He walked in and didn't even bother to introduce himself, was arrogant, immediately told me he only works M-W and emergencies are handled elsewhere. My first impression wasn't impressive AT ALL! He looked in my mouth and said that I need to brush and floss better (although his hygienist told me that my teeth and gums are very healthy for my age) and asked when was the last time I saw a dentist. I told him that I have seen a dentist every 6 months since I was a child and follow through on all appointments. He pointed out that I have broken teeth, cavities and crowns that need replaced or repaired immediately. I received a quote that was absolutely ridiculous! I told him I have never had an issue with my teeth and especially the ones he pointed out and he said, "well, nobody has the top of line equipment and X-rays like mine". I told him they weren't bothering me at all. I decided to get a second opinion and when I scheduled that appointment, they requested the X-rays from Eggen Dental. The X-rays that were sent over were horrible quality and blurry (I could even tell), so I had new X-rays done. The new dentist said the "broken teeth" weren't broken at all and those were just lines in my teeth. The new dentist asked if I had issues or pain with those teeth and I said none. He said he would prefer to recheck in 6 months as he didn't see any of the issues Eggen dental said I had. I will never return to Eggen dental as I felt talked down to, felt as the dentist was arrogant and that he was just making things up about issues with my teeth. My new dentist came highly recommended and I will keep my business with a dentist that is friendly, not arrogant and doesn't make up issues that don't exist.

I called to see if they had any availability and spoke to Dr Sheldon. I explained what happened and he said he'd make room the same day! As it turns out he got me in 4 hours before my scheduled time which was great. He took some X-rays and explained the issues I had. He took the time to go over what I needed to do to help my back. He even scheduled a second follow up visit the same day. The adjustment hurt but felt good at the same time. Awesome experience and a great doctor with a family atmosphere and friendly staff. Flash forward I had a cleaning scheduled.. It got closer to the date and I happened to call in to check on some things. They had decided to drop the VA, which is one thing, but they never called me.. If I had not called them I would have never known they dropped me like a hot potato. So here I am months later after when I needed a cleaning.
