Dr Haines always adjusts me , & I always feel so much better after going in. Great price. He used a clicker & does adjusting manually... I like both. I would suggest to anyone with back or neck problems. They have beds that massage u, & the massage is wonderful. I wish I could purchase one for my home to use every day. On top of that, they both really care about you & getting you better. My insurance covers most of it, so it's wonderfully affordable. I'm going in today & am excited, seeing as my first adjustment in years, on Monday-2 days ago-, really helped. I think my hip already popped back in place partly. I've been to a few chiropractor, & would suggest Dr Haines & his wife, Denise, over anyone else. (Lin & Lee do excellent massage in the same building, as well.) I got into a serious car accident, & was hurt badly, & these people actually care about getting you better. One of the things I love about this practice is the ability to book online, even as a new patient. That's always a plus these days and for someone like me who likes to do the paperwork ahead of time, that is offered as well so even before getting to my appt I was impressed. When I checked in, they explained my pricing with insurance and what it would be additionally if I were to get X-rays which I appreciated not being blindsided. Dr. Weigle herself came and got me and we quickly went back to the exam room. She took a detailed H&P, did some X-rays, went over them with me, then we got to treatment. I've been to A LOT of chiropractors over the years but I've never met one as nice, thorough, and not trying to get me to do or buy a bunch of things. Needless to say I'm so very glad I decided to go with this practice and I look forward to them help me straighten myself out and relieve some pain. Highly recommend!

This place is one of the better chiropractic clinics I have used during this whole time! Such personal service! Even though they were swamped with patients today, Dr. Richeson took his time to figure out what type of treatment to give me, and how to push my body back into good shape. He even put me on the electric muscle relaxer too! I walked in like the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and walked out like the Eiffel Tower!!! Highly recommend this place!!

They knew my back was severely injured and I was out of a job. It was there mistake because they said my insurance would cover the appointments. Additionally, I kept going hoping I would see results, but I saw no improvement in my condition. The chiropractors spend very little time with you and the front desk lady is rude. I didn't get the sense anybody there genuinely cares. They strike me as in it soley for the money. Bad business practice. I will never return and won't recommend this practice to anybody.

The health care providers at this facility are anything but professional. When I first started…read moreseeing Dr. Moro, most of the health care providers were at least pleasant even if not medically professional. This has changed dramatically. From the moment I am checked in all the way through to seeing the doctors, this facility, place of treatment has reached the bottom with patient care. I am going to choose another care and treatment facility due to these agents, and their rude behaviors and manners. The way they treat patients is first class to what I can receive in the ghetto. It's sad to report this, but I have been in the ghetto before, I know this type of trait/character and behaviors, and the way individuals speak down to others, and how they treat people as if they are not worthy to be in their presence. This is the very same way the very questionable professional medical personnel treat me. From the lady who takes my vitals before seeing the doctor's assistant all the way to seeing the physician's assistant. There are two of them, Charmagne and Jag. I believe this is how their names are spelled, could be wrong though. These two ladies are so very rude as well. Then the schedulers who are always NOT getting you scheduled for the procedure the doctor ordered, has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I made the mistake of asking for the lady who worked there before her, Jenia, or something like that. Oh my, did this hit a nerve. Jajenia was nice, pleasant, had a very bubbly personality, always so kind, very much unlike the lady who schedules procedures now. It's terribly distressing that the patients must leave a treatment facility due to the rude, disrespectful, hateful behavior the medical staff has toward the patients at SpringHill Pain Management center in Gainesville, FL. There has to be well qualified medical personelle who is available to serve the public and treat patients with respect and in a kind and professional manner. May be a wordy review, but hopefully others will understand the true and honest message.

I have referred several friends since starting at awaken and think it is just the best. The office is always super warm and the staff is so friendly. The staff make the visit very pleasant each time I arrive and leave. Dr. Shane and Dr. Brittany do a wonderful job at explaining treatment, offering advice and helping restore you body's as much as they can. During your first several months they will do x-rays and do nerve assessments to make sure your body is progressing and if it is not they will work on your specific areas that may need more attention. I also love the fact that they are not mask crazies! They are a religious family and play music that is uplifting and friendly for people of all families. This business is an ideal place to bring your family and you know it will be SAFE for everyone. I never feel out-of-place at this local business and feel they do it wonderfully! This is a business that goes above and beyond for their community and gives back to the City of Gainesville in everything they do! I can't recommend this place enough and for sure think you should check it out if your need chiropractor care.

But I'm rating his facility, which was creepy and dirty, and his staff was horrible. It was also really difficult to get an appointment, thus the two star rating. Of note was a sanitation problem. When I arrived I had to use the bathroom. When I had used the bathroom, I noticed there was no soap available. I went up to the front desk and informed the woman up there that there was no soap. She asked someone and then said that they did not have any. I asked for hand sanitizer, and she said she did not have any. I pointed to the one behind her and she told me it was for the doctors and she's not allowed to touch it. I was pretty grossed out. Five or six people used the bathroom while I was in the waiting room. Plus that's probably a health code violation of some type.
