I have not waited more than 10 minutes to be seen, I think as popular as they are, they do not try to book as many patient as possible, they have a nice waiting room, but it's never crowded with patients waiting for hours to be seen. The doctors and nurses are kind and attentive. I had some pain earlier in the pregnancy, and was able to get an appointment right away after hours. They have a deal with saint peters and you can do all your ultrasound right there on the weekend instead of going to the hospital. They have not tried to over bill me about anything yet, and tried to keep everything as up front as possible. They also have an on call doctor, so if anything you can message at any time. I mean if this is my first pregnancy, I will prob expect this as normal. However, with previous pregnancies, I have waited on average 1 hour for checkups, and once three. Yup, third tri and three hours in a waiting room. Tests gets ordered and charged even when I signed a paper saying no need. I have to head to many different locations for many different tests. My calls never got through on the first few tries. So this is like an unbelievable place, like seriously, why didn't I know about this before? Highly recommend them, they are fantastic.

When I called back to the manager from Edison looking for some answers about how I get misdiagnosed that I have miscarriage and I want to talk to Dr. to see what is the next I question about what happened she was very rude and dismissive and she was not honest with me she mentioned that she was going to call me back I wait and entire day and no one called me, I called back and she say to me she never say that with bunch of excuses and nonsense responses, same situation happen to the north Plainfield office since managers call each other. They don't have great equipment to do ultrasounds, they don't fill correctly the summary visit and when you ask to see the full summary of the visit on your chart they got mad and I can go on and on. The huge and most important red flag was that I wanted to complain with the doctor about the lack of service and that I feel very dismissive about my concerns and the doctor start yelling me over the phone, didn't let me talk and to finish he hang up the call to me saying " I hope no one see you in another practice) and refuses to continue my follow up appointment (oh by the way and I never see Dr. Beim their managers put that Dr. to call me I see Dr. Gary) he is not open to hear that their stuff is horrible because he also is a horrible person no wonder why. I've been going to their Lexington Ave. location for close to 3 months already…read more While Dr. Iannicello is pretty good, his staff isn't and patients end up paying for this while we're in PAIN. Their insurance/billing department isn't the best. Some procedures require approval from your insurance which is understandable. The problem is that they'll tell you they'll call you once insurance approves so we can proceed and they never call you back. You would give them enough time to then call them and either things have already been approved or, they have not started the process. The receptionist lady is passive aggressive when asked certain questions regarding this. I get it, she's probably tired of this but also, it's not the patient's fault either. We're here in PAIN and it seems like they let work sit and wait for the patient to call so they could move on it. Everywhere else I go, they'll contact my insurance for approval and turnaround is usually about 2 days max but here, about a week, two weeks and ever longer. At one of my visits the lady receptionist didn't check me in till 45 minutes after my arrival and good thing the doctor noticed and was on it. Yesterday morning I called them because again, waiting for insurance to approve pain injections. The receptionist was passive aggressive and sighing as if this was my fault and said she'll speak to the doctor about it and hung up on me after. I had told her I would like to get this done by this week since I will have another insurance and that probably won't kick in till a couple of weeks or who knows how long and here I am IN PAIN because the meds given to me or PT hasn't been making any improvements with my issue. I also remember several times patients calling them saying they never received a callback from them regarding anything the office had to reach out to them. Receptionist would claim they did call but it's interesting the pattern of several people saying the same thing which makes me believe the patients and plus, here I am finding myself being on top of them as if I work there. I have not received any calls from the office and at this point I don't even feel like calling them and dealing with the receptionist while am in PAIN so decided to write this review so others could be aware of things that may happen when visiting this place. UPDATE: 2 days after leaving my review. I have not received a call from anyone at this office. I decided to call my insurance and they told me they just received the request from them today and they approved it right away for me to get my injection shots for my PAIN. I called their office and told them I have not heard back from them and the receptionist placed me on hold and came back asking me what time tomorrow I would like to go it. My theory was right all along about this place. The leave the patient's information just laying on their desk and do nothing about it unless you call in and they'll blame insurance or anyone else to cover up their actions. Thankfully because I was on top of them, I'll be able to get my shots before my current insurance ends. To say the least, this shows lack of consideration and is also HORRIBLE on their part given the circumstances patient's are enduring and the trust they give them.

Gets RX wrong, pharmacy wrong and upset when u call with a problem. I was written an end of treatment letter for their mistakes. I never heard of this before!! Doc is nice and others in the office are great. But the manager makes it impossible to get what u want. Doc will call the RX "at her leisure" when u need it where u can finally find it!!

The wait time in his office was short, his bedside manner was excellent, and, honestly, he was somehow really effective at administering eyedrops. Also, I usually find some of the tests to be uncomfortable because they are shining super bright lights into your dilated eyes, etc. But, for whatever reason, he did an awesome job and none of the tests were a problem for me this time. If you work nearby and need to see an eye doctor, he's a good one and I highly recommend him.

They were so reassuring before the tests. I also appreciated their explanations about the test implications. I recommend this business for testing. The office is in a good location and had great staff.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience and the practice. The evaluation, with truly state-of-the-art equipment, was thorough and expertly performed by Samantha, a doctoral resident. Both she and Dr. Kasper were able to definitively diagnose my condition and advise me as to the best course of treatment. I wish all medical practioners were as skillful and professional as those at New York Hearing Doctors.
