The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming right when you walk in. I worked primarily with Sandy who was quick to get back to me with scheduling and really worked with me to figure out an affordable payment plan through my insurance for the dental worked I needed done. She always answered me with a kind and positive attitude. Tooth pain originally brought me in so I scheduled a cleaning. After being extremely nervous the entire time I had the pleasure of meeting and having Jess there and she made the whole time much easier. After I left that day my nerves still existed but were much lower...thank god! Now for the second appointment I needed to have a tooth pulled luckily after meeting Dr. Shahram at my cleaning and informing him of my anxieties and concerns about the dentist he prescribed me something to take before my appointment. Although I was still hesitant I took the medicine and attended the second appointment. I can say this confidently that I did not feel A THING when getting my tooth pulled. He gave me all the proper amount of Novocaine and really took his time with me! Angie assisted him with the whole procedure and I really appreciated her patience. (I can be a lot) This office truthfully changed the whole dental experience for me. I can honestly say they eased my fears and I will not go anywhere else.

My treatment plan was created to be cost effective and use my insurance when applicable. Today, my daughters had their first visit with him and a cleaning with Michelle. They loved it! Of course they're serious professionals but there's often an easy banter between the staff members, and also with the customers. My husband had not been to the dentist in 10 years and I convinced him to make an appointment and he now sees Dr. McGovern. He now goes every 6 months no problem, and his teeth are great. I'm writing this because everytime I've had an issue the office has been able to squeeze me in quickly to take care of it. Most recently, they messed up on my out of pocket $1050 mouth guard and so I had to come back and get the scan done again, they messed that one up too and since they didn't want to pay for another Dr Burt basically forced it in my mouth, it hurt. I told him I couldn't really close my mouth with it in, something my last mouth guard did not do. He said "well then just sleep with your mouth open then" with an irritable tone, extremely inappropriate. It is always NOT healthy to sleep with your mouth open if you can help it. Of course it will fall open sometimes but it is not good for you mouth, already have a slight issue with dry mouth, something they knew about and I wake up every morning with a sore throat. And my jaw is now in even more pain, pain constantly and when eating, and obviously Dr Burt doesn't care. I wasted $1050 dollar out of pocket when I'm already struggling with finances. Now I will need to get a new one at another dentist office, which I can't afford. When I was a teenager he pressured me into a procedure he sprung on me, with severe anxiety as a teenager I wanted to schedule a time to come back when I had properly prepared myself for it but he pressured me into it anyways and at the time I hadn't learned I could push back. Im going to a new dentist who actually cares about their patients. It was also a nightmare to get my medical records sent to me, in the end I didn't even get them sent to me they stopped responding and then sent it to the dentist office directly. They couldn't tell me the dates of the X-rays.. Horrible place, they'll trick you into thinking they care by having their adorable service dogs walking around the office.
