I simply cannot say enough great things about this place! I was at a very insecure and depressed…read moreplace in my life earlier this year. I turned 50 years old in April and I weighed 255 at 5'6, needless to say there was no room for self-esteem in my life. I was also going through a tough time personally with serious health issues with my mom. I am so glad I decided to try Skinny Me! From the moment I walked in, there was so much encouragement and positivity! ESPECIALLY Miss Tiffany. All the ladies are simply wonderful, but Tiffany is just a ray of sunshine. She has been (still is) so kind and supportive and she is your biggest cheerleader. I opted for the semaglutide shot once a week along with taking topiramate once a day and phendimetrazine twice a day to help curb my appetite. There are several plans you can choose from, and the doctor explains them all thoroughly. In the first few months I lost close to 50 pounds, I have now been on the program for 5 1/2 months and have lost close to 80 pounds. No, I did not starve myself, I simply stayed at or under the calorie count that Dr. Randall suggested. I found all sorts of ways to satisfy my sweet tooth and could probably go on forever about this program and how it has completely changed my life! I have my confidence back! I JUST got back from buying new jeans because last year's obviously don't fit, and it was such a good feeling. It has been a long time since I didn't absolutely dread trying on clothes. I still have a way to go to reach my goal weight, but I will. I pray one of these programs changes your life like it has mine! God bless!

I have a friend who did this diet 2yrs ago and this is the only diet she's been able to maintain the lost weight. It is not an easy diet but well worth it when you see the pounds drop off. I wasn't hungry even though I was only eating 500 calories a day. Staying off the sugar and carbs was easier than I thought, however I did want my popcorn and a piece of chocolate cake! The results are well worth the sacrifice. The staff is very nice and extremely supportive. You even get text messages to help motivate you and answer questions if you have them. Tip: Do Not Cheat! It's a small amount of time to get awesome results if you follow the program. I'm so happy I'm a LOSER! Thanks Skinny Me!

I was not totally committed to a Brazilian, but after Jennifer made me comfortable, and we got started I decided to go the whole way. It was not as awkward or painful as I had anticipated. Jennifer made me feel comfortable and at ease. In addition, I had gotten my underarms waxed before, and it truly was less painful HERE than other places I had been.
