Angela Soto is a phenomenal acupuncturist but she is more like a wise soul who is a true healer beyond her excellent skills of acupuncture and knowledge of herbal medicine she is a great researcher of healing modalities that work. And she combines them specifically for the patient. I have had great acupuncture in my life but she goes above and beyond as a healer. I always look forward to coming to an inviting office where I am met with Hannah, the office assistant. Her kindness is always appreciated and she always has a smile to greet you. And then you are escorted back to your room. Angela appears and greets you with joy and the ability to change a perspective that is negative (me) into a dynamic hopeful soul. I admire her ability to catch my thoughts in mid air and show me my patterns of behavior with empathy and love. I have been driving a long distance just to get care at Blue Root. Driving through Charlotte traffic just once is enough for me ,but I have been coming to see her since last October 2023 almost weekly so I am used to the drive now. I make Tuesday's my self love day and try to remember to bring more joy and love in this world also. I have been inspired to do so! Feeling grateful for finding such a beautiful gem. Angela Soto is the real deal! Enjoy your time with her as well! I certainly am and will keep coming back! She has certainly saved my life for the better and I am so grateful to keep learning from her. She is a wise woman who is a natural healer that brings joy and hope to her clients. And that to me is an act of love. I wish for her to have huge blessings for following her heart and passion for bringing healing to a community!

At pro-active chiropractic, I feel that I always get my needed adjustments and have really benefited from his therapy so much. Being an artist, your body constantly needs adjusting, so I always leave out feeling better than when I came in. Dr. Guerriero is very patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and takes time with each patient. He has great bedside manners and a very calming demeanor. The atmosphere is very low key and chill which I really appreciate especially being somewhat of an introvert. His staff are just lovely, embracing, respectful and always make you feel welcomed in each time. If you're looking for a top notch Chiropractor, look no further .

My boss had visited Dr. G and RAVED about him, so I took her advice and went to see him. I work uptown and live in Pineville, but the haul to Matthews was totally worth it. He fixed me up in two visits! Fast forward two years, and the problem has reared its ugly head again. (Now almost my entire office sees Dr. G.) This time, the problem was much worse, so I was afraid he either wouldn't be able to help or it would take 37 visits. Nope - it took 3. Obviously my cases may be different than yours, but here's what I love about Pro-Active. - It's small, and you get super personal attention. Stephanie is the only other staff person besides the doctor, and she answers the phones, makes appointments, greets you, takes your payment, AND gets you set up with the STEM unit or laser. She's probably the nicest person I've ever met. - Dr. G isn't just going to pop you and send you on your way. Most of what he does is active release therapy using pressure to relieve your pain. He only pops and cracks you if you truly need it, and sometimes I don't need it. - Dr. G is really down-to-earth, and he doesn't rush through your treatment. He also genuinely wants to help you as quickly as possible and doesn't try to talk you into coming for additional appointments you don't need (as I've had other chiropractors try to do). He's also funny - a plus considering some of the weird contortioning you have to do. I can't say enough great things about Pro-Active, Dr. G., and Stephanie!

I exhausted all other options and wanted to stay on the more natural path to "fixing" things. During my first visit, she spent time with me inquiring about my diet, stress levels, past medical history, etc. She immediately started recommending at home remedies to focus on. I really appreciated her thoroughness and how she took the time to explain how certain parts of acupuncture could be beneficial for the issues I wanted to focus on. Due to my issues, I was pretty open to trying anything Jenn was offering to see if I could find some resolve. I've been with Jenn now for around 4 weeks but I've experienced a variety of different techniques with her such as cupping, acupuncture, tens unit, trying supplemental intake and more. Often times, with acupuncture you don't see an immediate results and it takes several sessions to see a difference. I can say that I have been sleeping much better due to her recommendations and the consistent sessions. My mind seems to be handling my stress with a more relaxed mindset and I don't have anything else to really attribute it to other than my consistent appointments with Jenn. Jenn is the second acupuncturist I have tried and while I don't have much experience with acupuncturists, I can say that I feel much more comfortable with her than with my previous acupuncturist. She really cares about her patients and really tries to pinpoint what could help. I would recommend Jenn through and through! I hope she is able to do for you what she has been doing for me.
