They seem to always have availability but I do try to call 1 to 2 days before just to make an appointment. The rooms are clean and they have soothing asian instrumental music playing. The ladies there are nice and they focus on areas that are tight and with knots. They usually ask if you want the pressure to be medium or hard. My recent trip she started the massage and told me to let her know if the pressure was too much. Overall i always feel better and more relaxed afterwards. But be warned they do massage your butt.

She used her forearms and sometimes the bottom of her palm, and she rubbed the same way the whole time.  So basically, it was the equivalent to when u use that massage rolling pin at the gym. She kept leaving the room during the massage, and I didn't get that time back. 1st, she left to fix the toilet from running,  and she didn't wash her hands! 2nd, she left bc the CD playing the music stopped. 3rd, she left to go answer the phone. It was supposed 2 b a full body massage, yet she only did the backside of my body. Also, I don't think there's a sauna as advertised. She didn't seem to know anything about it,  but when I kept asking, she said it "might" not be working. There was actually more disaster, but these are the highlights.

I had my first postural alignment and no other therapist I have ever seen knew about it or how to do it to include hands on, turning my muscle spindles back on. Her knowledge base and ability to share her knowledge was amazing, I never knew the importance of the Iliopsoas muscle and the muscle and organ relationships as well as the effects of Adrenal Gland Fatigue. We in the Intensive Outpatient Program and in the pain management clinic were desperate to see her as well as the other alternative therapists that all went back into private practice. I trust her and her skill set of understanding our pain levels, chronic or acute and I recommend her for your health care.
