Good massage, bad business practices…read more I tried the one hour $55 massage for first time visitors. My hour massage only lasted from 1:14p to 1:53p. Afterward, I told the receptionist that my massage was not one hour long. I asked if it was because I was not a full 15 minutes early, though I did have my paperwork filled out in time. She said no, that shouldn't matter. She went to talk to the the therapist, then returned and apologized and offered some free service that I wasn't interested in the next time I visited. Obviously, there is no next time. While I was paying, the massage therapist came out but did not address me. I said to her, "um, that wasn't an hour." She just looked at me and said, "yes it was." It was 2p at that moment, which was funny to me because my massage was supposed to start at 1p (not that it did), so how are we talking there, me with my clothes on, if my massage was actually an hour? Pretty brazen! I would give one star, but it was a good massage.
