Came here for a 2nd opinion…read more Long story short sprained my ankle & seen someone in Enterprise who said nothing was wrong while I know something was not right. So I came here. There is a little of a wait for scheduling but even after booking a few weeks later Dr. Watson in a matter of 5min knew something was wrong. Got me an MRI and boom took care of me right away. The past reviews of waiting, the 4x I been here I never waited for more than 30min at max. But then again if you have a bunch of people in there obv you'll be waiting. Note: I was informed Dr. Watson is by far the best in the state so I'm glad I got him!!!

The lady therapist was nice and professional. I did not like Charlie's attitude and he did not care that I was in pain or dizzy. He acted like nothing was wrong with me: which was not the case. I was told "you don't owe anything, your insurance pays for 15 visits a year". Fast forward a month or two later I get a bill for a pretty big amount. Turns out I did have to pay. I had to pay a copay for EACH visit which most of the time starts out at 3 times a week for a few weeks then 2 times a week. This is ridiculous. I should have been told this up front. I'm just glad my insurance didn't pay for 25 or 30 visits a year! Beware!

I was referred by emergency room physician for a fractured pelvis. The physician never asked to see…read morethe location of the injury or showed me X-rays, he asked pain questions and made movement recommendations per x-ray taken at the emergency room. (Taken on emergency room bed) We had to tell the lady at front desk at check out all the information for the follow up visit and why we had the initial appointment. I guess we could have told her a brain scan and a massage and she would have never known any different
