I started to apply for Medicare in late January 2022, two months before retirement, and learned…read morethat switching myself and my husband over to Medicare required a large confusing burden of paperwork. Unfortunately, no one person at Medicare seemed to know exactly what forms were needed or even who to ask. Researching this myself became a nightmare - and I consider myself to be an intelligent educated person. I reached out to Kathy Hall for assistance, and I am so glad that I did. She clarified the paperwork needed, walked us through the various plans and options, found a plan for me that covers all my doctors and medications, and a plan for my husband that gives him money back. Kathy even faxed out all the paperwork for us. I am so grateful for Kathy's assistance, I would give her more than 5 stars if I could. Inifinite stars. Thank you so much, Kathy!

-I hate to write negative reviews, but this situation is too egregious to let go. My husband…read moreneeded a referral to see an orthopedic surgeon. With his Humana HMO, it takes forever to get one. After sitting in the orthopedic surgeon's waiting for an hour and a half on two occasions waiting for the referral to come through, it never did. I decided that Kathy Hall might be able to get this expedited. Well, I was wrong. After calling her every day for a week and getting no return phone call, she finally left me a message saying that she would call me that Friday. I waited at home all day waiting for her phone call which never came. I am beyond fed up with this lack of customer service and lack of respect for one of her clients. I will not recommend her to others and my husband will not continue to be one of her clients. What started years ago as a pleasant experience with her, has now eroded into a "no customer service" experience. I would have shared this with Kathy if she would have returned my calls or at least come through with her promise to call me. Will never deal with her again.

One of the worst mistakes I ever made was choosing Progressive insurance, I paid my bill on time…read morefor several months and when I needed them, their Claims Adjuster Malik joyfully denied my claim because they found a loop hole where they could deny coverage. This loophole was because their Agent "Star Nsurance" miss wrote the policy and didn't put the one and only owner of the vehicle and the one and only the person on the auto lien on the vehicle's insurance policy. I don't even know how you can write an insurance policy without having the owner of the vehicle on it? BUT Malik very happily denied paying for the vehicle because this loophole gave him an out. Progressive would rather spend money on fancy witty commercials then pay for loyal customer when we need them. I would suggest Geico, they're much more attentive and customer friendly. But if you go with Progressive make sure you educate yourself on all of the insurance laws and read your contract from end-to-end, because they will use any possible loophole to deny paying you regardless of if you paid them on time all the time or not. Apparently they deny coverage as a regular part of doing business, and pay Flo off for her witty commercials to draw in new prey! ---- Here's an update, a Progressive Agent reached out to me and was very nice however offered nothing except that he felt bad for my situation. I don't understand the point of that call. He all but admitted that my situation should have never happened but he blamed the agent that writes his policies and still offered to do nothing for me except try to get me to say I like Progressive and it's not their fault. He hasn't moved me in fact I'm telling you now don't ever do business with Progressive they will screw you if they have an opportunity to. Then they'll call you up and try to sweet-talk you after they're done screwing you over. I've used Geico before and I promise you they were much better company that believes in customer service and has moral and ethical values.
