Husband went in because of tooth pain. He was told it was infected and would need to be extracted…read morebut that they don't do extractions themselves and would set up a referral. Went home with antibiotics and waited for a call. A week later, no call and the tooth pain isn't letting up, so he called their office and is given the run around. Told again they're sending a referral. Wait another week, still no call for extraction appointment. Calls back to Acacia Lane again. Tells them he is in a lot of pain and asks what is going on. Again given the runaround. Per my recommendation, decides to call a different dental office. They get him in same day, look and the infection has spread. It takes 2 courses of antibiotics (two different types)to cure the infection. New office schedules extraction for him during his initial visit. We will NEVER go back to Acacia Lane

I went through the whole tri-fecta . Three months, started in March 2026. First treatment was so…read morepainful I did not want to go back. But I had paid (no refunds) $3,000 plus $300 for the creams. Felt better the next day and redness went away. So I went to next treatment in April, more pain (treatment takes 1 hour). Spent another $200 on creams to calm the redness and pain. One more trip in May, more pain and redness lasted longer (3 days). By the second treatment I was already out of creams that I had bought for $300 but I refused the offer to buy more. Really? More? I was asked to come back for follow up pictures, so I did. I did not see ANY change. Brenda said she would send me the pictures in an email. When I did not receive the pictures later in June I emailed to ask for them. No answer. I don't get a call back on the phone so I email in July and asked for the photos again, I see they have switched to WhatsApp. That's ok I sent a message but still have not heard. Brenda is a nice person and was very encouraging about how my results would turn out. I am assuming that she did not see any change in the photos and therefore not sending them to me. Just want to let others know that this is not a good plan, don't do it!

I am wishy washy on the procedure cost but…read moreI was okay making the investment in a skin care line they carry as I've read about it before. The girl tells me it's $220 for the package. So I'm okay with that. I knew it was pricey but had good results. I get home and I take it out of the bag and I look at the receipt and it says $411! The one product she kept talking about that was so great was apparently an additional $175 and she NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT IT. It was presented in a way that it was part of the whole package. So I called back and of course, they have a no refund policy. I wanted to leave a review on their facebopok page but that's disabled. Red flag right there.
