But wow, Lori, took a look at the fascia in my body--made some minor adjustments and a majority of the pain just went away at the end of the session. Two days later, it's vastly improved from when I first walked in the door. I am looking forward to the next session to see how else we can work on my issues.

This location has access to a pool, fitness center, and a little coffee cafe, which is nice if you want to stay longer. I had the same therapist and she did fine, but I have had many messages and my only take away from a perfect score is that she could have applied more pressure, I asked but didn't really get the same overall pressure as I have in other places. Also, it would be nice if they had the water cooler with bigger glasses available to everyone when you first get there and for when you leave. If those both changed then I would say a 5.

The biggest downside to the Wellness Spa is pricing. It's expensive but worth it. My one complaint is when I got a facial here a couple of times, the extractions were awful. Like pushing down on my face with 20 pounds of pressure with the extraction tool. It was not pleasant. I should have said something at the time of service, but didn't, so I can hardly hold that against them.

I can say with no doubt that both the group classes, and private yoga sessions taught by Jamie have been the most rewarding. I have not had many teachers with as high of a knowledge of how the body works, or with such a varied array of postures. I highly recommend taking yoga from Jamie if you get the chance. If yoga isn't your thing, she happens to be an even better massage therapist. So good in fact its hard to get an appointment short of a month or two in advance, but its well worth the wait!
