I found Cathy though a recommendation of my reiki practitioner Alyssa last year, and have seen her for classes, and 1:1 sessions. What makes Cathy unique: She really helps you to connect with yourself, your own body, and your own experiences. I found working with her to be an internal exploration, and very grounding. I also appreciate how incredibly warm and gentle her presence is, and how she creates a safe container for me to explore parts of myself that I never have dared to acknowledge. I was so impressed with Cathy, that I decided learn reiki under her as well. If you're considering getting energy work done, or are going through a difficult time and can't quite crack what's blocking you, Cathy is the person to connect with. Wow, where to begin! I discovered Andrea and the Reiki…read morepractice during my own search for a more holistic way to heal. I have Lupus SLE and was going through months of non-stop flaring and had a gut feeling (intuition) that something inside me was unbalanced, thus causing my stress and anxiety to be in a state that I could just not tame. After doing some research and reading reviews on several practitioners, I was drawn to Andrea due to her traditional practice and scheduled a session with her that same week. I didn't know what to expect and so we started our session with her explaining what Reiki is and how it can help so many ailments. I also gave her some background on why I was seeking help. As an empath, I've always had difficulty controlling my emotions, especially when put in a negative situation and I explained this to Andrea who just understood exactly what I meant and was feeling. My session went SO well and after I opened my eyes I felt more like myself again, more positive, more calm and all of the anxiety felt like it just withered away. I was very intrigued by this practice and pursued Reiki training with Andrea shortly after my session. This was where I felt a true shift in my inner energy and mindset overall. I'm in the process of completing the first level, but have found that I've been so dedicated and committed to healing myself with Reiki on a daily basis, several times a day. As someone who works in a high-stress environment, Reiki has certainly changed my vibe at work and with my coworkers... I don't feel so drained after work, like someone stole my energy, and I feel more alive. In just the short time I've practiced Reiki, I've been able to make an impact with people I interact with daily... it truly has been such a blessing and I know this will be a part of my life and my being for years to come. If you are on the fence, jump over it into one of Andrea's sessions. You will not regret it!

Every session was magical and powerful. I could feel the energy shifting on many levels. But on a more practical level, the reiki really helped to clear some of my chronic sinus pain and congestion. The day of our first session I was feeling super agitated by all the energy shifts going on right now both individually and globally. My nervous system couldn't handle it. A fire truck siren passed me on the street and I seriously almost passed out. My system was on the verge of shut down. Thank goodness I went in for a reiki session with Khristee! She is amazing and the session was very powerful. I felt much clearer and stronger afterwards. Khristee always took the time to sit with me before and after to discuss my concerns going in and to debrief on the experience going out. Khristee always had some inspiring visions to share afterwards, and insightful helpful advice. When I told her I was interested in Crystals and in learning more about the history of reiki she remembered and sent me a very helpful info email. Khristee also always follows up. She checks in just to see how you are doing a few days after your session, so you always feel supported. During my fourth reiki session with Khristee I had a very inspiring and meaningful experience. Spirit bird medicine came to me in the form of a mourning dove. She was trying relentlessly to come through the kitchen window during the reiki hour. We both heard it and thought someone was actually in the kitchen! Afterwards, I was laying in rest, and I heard her mournful call. I recognized that I had heard it earlier that week and found it so powerful that I had even downloaded a mourning dove sound track off iTunes. I asked Khristee do you hear that bird? Is it real? She said yes! In fact, its sitting at the window now! So I walked over to her. Amazing she didn't fly away. We looked into each others eyes for a long while. The bird who i'd heard earlier this week and had sought out by downloading her voice was here in real life! Khristee is love, magic, and healing embodied in one wonderful person. I highly recommend khristee to everyone!!!!!
