The purchase price was $60, which was paid in cash. The delivery ticket was amended by marking out the $5 monthly rental fee and replacing it with the $60 charge. The word "rental" on the form is across from the $5 fee, and we were told we were purchasing the chair. This was never explained as a "rent to own" option. Thinking my mother had purchased the chair, we moved it with her when she moved out of state. Is this the "extreme service" that CEO Andrew Trammell has promised for his customers?? Unlike some companies, my mother has integrity and will pay the additional $100.

She was very professional, upbeat, very informative about the products she has and even set the whole thing up for me. I was impressed with the follow up calls I have received to see if everything with the performance of the machine was what I expected. Not sure what the negative reviews were about but from my experience these folks are good to go.

I connected with Miss Shelby who answered after 9:00 p.m. and scheduled an intake visit at my mom's apartment community the following week. Visiting Angels have been just that. A godsend in time of need. Miss Shelby has been patient and accommodating to our family's needs. I felt very overwhelmed and hopeless this past year and the staff has stepped in to help and it's been a relief. Miss Caroline has also been so helpful after hours with text message and phone calls.
