He prescribed Zoloft. I took it for about a week and found myself worse off than before so I stopped taking it and called Boise Natural Health. Dr. Haynes spent over an hour with me. The test indeed discovered an imbalance so we began treatment. I began to feel better within a couple days and was back to being my self within a week. Thank goodness for Dr. Haynes!!

The care I've received has always been timely, thoughtful, and effective. Dr. Walton went well above and beyond to help me through a case of shingles that was incredibly painful, and I'm very grateful for the support and attention she provided during that time. Her team is also excellent -- friendly, professional, and clearly committed to making patients feel taken care of. One thing that really stands out about her clinic is the environment. It feels far more like a wellness retreat than a cold, clinical setting. Even when I'm receiving prolotherapy injections directly into bone tissue, I somehow leave feeling more relaxed than when I walked in. A lot of credit goes to the calming space, the staff, and Dr. Walton's bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Walton to anyone looking for a thoughtful and knowledgeable physician who takes a comprehensive approach to healing.

Sara Jo changed my life!…read more I suffered from severe back pain for almost 14 years after an accident. Most days I couldn't put my own pants, socks and boots on. I tried all the back pain experts and flew around the country looking for someone to help. I was resigned to a life of pain. Then I met Sara Jo at a business networking event and it took me about a year to get treatment (my wife told me to do it). Since then, zero pain. None. I can walk, run, jump, exercise, dress myself, play with my kids, help a friend move, and on and on! Thank you Sara Jo! Every day I am thankful for the day we met.

She truly understands and believes that the human body has the ability to heal itself if it is supported in the right way. It is great to have a doctor that looks at the patient's overall health, and does not just prescribe a pill to treat a symptom. I would recommend Dr. Diana's services to anyone, and I do. My husband had been listening to the podcasts of Dr. Michael Karlfeldt, which is how we discovered the The Karlfeldt Center for Integrative Medicine. At the time, I was in severe pain and had even ended up in the ER, where I was prescribed opioids every four hours. The doctors at the Karlfeldt Center immediately stepped in and sent me some incredible remedies to help support me until I could schedule my visit to their center. When I finally arrived, I was in a wheelchair and suffering through detox from the opioids. I was absolutely miserable. But from the moment I walked through the doors, the staff met me with such kindness, patience, and compassion. They truly met me where I was and continually encouraged me to listen to my body as we worked through treatments. Dr. Karlfeldt himself has been incredibly positive and uplifting. Every conversation with him leaves me feeling encouraged and hopeful. After my first visit, I left walking. My energy had returned, and the intense pain I had been living with was almost completely gone. I've since returned for follow-up treatments, and honestly it feels more like a family reunion each time I go back. The doctors and staff have become friends and hold a very special place in my heart. I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for me and for the care, compassion, and hope they have brought into my healing journey.
