The Deep tissue massage is amazing. This type of massage therapy focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles. It is used for chronic aches and pain and sore, contracted areas such as a stiff neck (my arthritis stop) and upper back, Low back muscle tightness and aching shoulders. After 40 minutes deep tissue massage they give the hot stone massage for about 10 minutes. During a Hot Stone Massage, heated stones are used to massage and relieve tension. This therapy helped me relax and feel it refreshed my body. Sometimes, I ask for deep tissue massage and Gua Sha. For me once a while after massage, Gua Sha helps me even better and quicker to relieve my muscle tension and pain. This technique effectively breaks up my muscle knots, reduces soreness, and alleviates pain in areas like the neck, shoulders, and back. The scraping motion stimulates blood flow and aids in removing metabolic waste and stagnant fluids, which reduces swelling (when my arthritis been triggered). COCO
