So I get the shellac mani and the next day, the polish peels off one of my fingers. I panic because I'm leaving the next day on a 6:00am flight. They say I can come in at 4:30 to get the nail repaired and 4:30 is normally the time Val gets off. I panic (AGAIN!) and say I'm not sure I'll make it by then but will try. I get out of another appointment at 4:35 and call to say I'll be there in 10 mins, so I arrive just before 5:00. I run in and Val says let me give you a gel mani and I ask how long it will take (I still have to pack!). She tells me 10 mins. She finishes up and I go to pay the difference in price. They wouldn't take my money! So they turned a stressful situation into a wonderful situation and now have a loyal customer! And Val is an absolute delight. Highly recommend this place.

I've been getting facials from Kelly for 20+ years -- mostly at a previous salon-- and like another reviewer, I tracked her down after she left that place during COVID. Kelly is a total pro and her facials are absolutely transcendent. You will be transported to another dimension as she works wonders on your face, neck and chest skin. All the while, she's giving incredible deep-tissue massage. Her facials are surprisingly vigorous, almost like she's performing a modern dance, but you'll be blissed out while she's working hard. Treat yourself and buy the full 90-minute experience; you won't regret a minute of it. Also, don't be turned off by the modest strip-mall exterior of this little gem. Once you're inside, you will be comfy and cozy.

She easily answered questions after and before about what to expect and offered us tips on how best to relax and enjoy our experience. The spa and gift shop area is really nice and we saw a ton of beautiful salt lamps inside the gift shop after our hour. I loved the themed items for sale and their body oils and salt scrubs are phenomenal. The salt cave itself is pretty impressive and a unique experience I hadn't ever tried before. I believe she said there were 30 tons of rock salt inside and it was even hanging from the ceiling! It's based upon an original such cave in Poland. Loved it. Highly recommend you come and try this if you are open to new experiences and have never done it.
