I honestly do not know where to begin in sharing my life-coaching experience with Carla - it has…read morebeen equal parts inspirational, transformative, empowering, and as time goes by and I continue to grow, learn and evolve, I find new ways that our time together has impacted me. Our program / contract was three months but almost daily since then I see ways that Carla's teaching along with her patience and her genuine love for a sister grappling with seachanges (me) has shifted my perceptions of myself and how I relate with others in such a life affirming way. More specifically, my needs were guidance and support as I entered a season of major life changes. Carla provided this in a way that warmed my teacher's heart - in weekly sessions we identified goals, struggles, behaviors and choices that do not serve me. Carla shared different practices to target different issues, gave praise when I was moving in positive directions (and encouragement when I was not). It was a lot, but my desire to take hold of my life and figure things out (to whatever point I was able) motivated me. And Carla motivated me, because she had such sincere belief that I could do this thing! Carla's lovingkindness to her fellow human being is her standout quality - it is evident in her honest responses to interactive journal entries, or when as a firm but gentle guide she drills down to what needs to be exposed and seen and understood. She wanted me to be able to do these things on my own. There is something very selfless in this approach - she wants me to have all the tools so I can go forward without fear, grounded in a sense of my own value and worth, understanding and nurturing my passions and my real authentic self. I'm still on the journey of change, and look forward to visiting Carla for a check-in / check-up soon. But the bottom line is that I cannot recommend her more highly as a life coach, a guide, and a friend.

After decades of counseling, family therapy, energy work, etc., finding this amazing woman has been a godsend for both me and other family members looking for a solid breakthrough from old patterns and lingering issues. At first, Heather looked almost "too young" and "too pretty" to be effective ( as I am many decades older than she) but she is incredibly wise beyond her years, an amazing therapist with deep insight. She gets to the heart of the matter and has seen me through and beyond heartache and pain, into greater connection with myself and my family.' Heather has helped me craft letters and form conversations that help me communicate my truth to people I love and this has helped transform several of my family relationships in such positive ways. I especially love her use of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and find it to be a highly meaningful and effective modality. Heather has helped both me and my daughter heal ancient trauma, negative patterns and issues we'd not gotten past with previous therapists. I am happy to sing her praises and to highly recommend her services.
