She also offered to burn 7 spell candles for me as part of the package. I accepted. There was a brief Reiki session that day, and then she promised to contact me later that evening for the first spell candle. The evening came and there was no contact. I tried to text her and ask why and didn't receive a response for two days. When she did respond she evaded the question, and said, "Sorry the energy was so intense I have some updates." I reiterated the question about the spell candle and lack of contact and have still not received a response. It's 2pm on the 3rd day where we were supposed to do the second Reiki session, the most important one, and I still haven't even received communication about scheduling the Reiki session for today. This is extremely disheartening as I had just moved here and was excited to get in touch with the spiritual community. This is not truly spiritual behavior at all. If she did have something come up, which I asked twice, I would have been perfectly okay being patient if she had just communicated the problem. This is unprofessional and bad business. The merchant should understand that using magic to deceive and steal from people will result in extremely bad karma, as it goes against the Gods themselves. Even if it is only a matter of bad organization, communication goes a long way. If you cannot even do that, you should not be running a business at all.
