We asked SelecTemp to provide an employee for a very specific time frame to cover an employee being out for maternity leave. This included a 2 week overlap time to cover the extensive training needed. The SelecTemp employee backed out of the arrangement on the day our employee left for vacation. This put us in a terrible situation, not to mention all the money lost paying out to SelecTemp. SelecTemp refused to make any adjustments financially. We will never use SelecTemp again. read more
