The massage was exactly what I needed. I've received many massages in my life due to working at a spa, having chronic pain from a soft tissue disorder and also after a car accident. Lindsey is easily one of the best. After only saying vaguely that I have chronic back pain, she managed to find the exact areas on my body that had pain and abnormalities, tightness and fascial adhesions without me telling her where they were.
