Our coaching sessions have been a force of encouragement and guidance for me. I had experienced many setbacks, which took a huge hit on my ego and self-confidence. I was beginning a new job and knew I needed help to ensure I could succeed in a new industry and new career type. Though initially skeptical about the use of career coaching services, I realized a few sessions in that I was seeing and feeling the shift in my perspective and job performance. Faith was very warm and welcoming and came to each session very energized to tackle the topics or issues at hand. I needed guidance and clarity, both in terms of conceptual (dare I say, philosophical) topics and in terms of actionable next steps. The changes occur slowly and sometimes it's so subtle you don't realize it's happening until much later, but with her coaching, I've gained a lot of confidence and wisdom. The funny thing is, a lot of the answers I needed were already within myself but I couldn't access those insights on my own. Faith asked all the right questions to help me find what I needed. It's been several months since our final session and I've seen the monumental changes in my mindset, especially comparing to where I was before our first session. I've never been this confident about my professional journey and I know Faith played a big part in that. If you need a career coach to help you reach the next phase of your career journey, Faith comes highly recommended!

I asked, she answered she provides coaching, little did she know, I actually needed a life coach. I wouldn't even say that's what she is, but more of a guru, a fairy god mother if you will... I have always wanted someone to encourage me, push me in the directions I wanted to go, the dreams and passions I have had I'd just let go of. Christine was able to get to the core of my beliefs and where they came from. We would have a session, I would write about it after, and when looking back, I was magically coming alive, and I was attacking these goals like I never have before. My idea and business came to life 3 months into my work with Christine. I was writing, doing the work behind it, and still facing some fears. The last month was dedicated to sharing my company with others, making calls, wait...I am that business owner now, the woman who has purpose, and passions of helping others are now being put out into the universe?! Her encouragement, her assignments, and sessions are not some abc 1,2,3 way of finding my true potential, but she is highly intuitive, loving, and specific when it comes to the work. I remember asking for someone like her to show up in my life, and little did I know our first lunch together would turn into 4 months of a deep soul cleansing, healing, and action impacted ride! I am so grateful for Christine, and I can't wait to work with her again in my next chapter in life! She is the guide I'd want by my side in life, and I'm happy to share more of my experiences with you. Having had a continuing, though somewhat skeptical, interest in the benefits of regular meditation…read morefor many years, I had never seriously considered meditation as a daily ritual. I was not sleeping well, was unable to relax and found myself consistently moving from one unfinished project to another and seldom completing any. This mindset resulted in a lot of frustration. On sharing my inability to relax and to fully focus on the prioritizing of daily tasks, a friend suggested that I explore meditation as a tool in accomplishing both. From this suggestion and through an internet investigation, I was led to Stragetic Interactions and thus to its Leadership Mindfulness & Meditation training program. My resulting connection with Jennell, the Practice Leader for the program quickly dispelled any skepticism of the practice and I became an enthusiastic student. Of the numerous alternative plans for participation, i opted for the home study, one hour per session plan, led by Jennell, using virtual electronic media (in this case Zoom) available through computer or mobile device. Sessions are conducted from home, or office or other locations convenient to the User and at times mutually convenient. Jennell was always extremely well prepared and assigned interesting, non threatening preparatory exercises between sessions, allowing as much "face-time" as possible during the session. Each session was a fantastic experience, enhanced by Jennell's charming personality; her background as a successful business consultant; her innovative leadership credentialshe; her impressive educational background and training as well as her patience and genuine objective that each participant benefit to his or her maximum potential. The setting and general atmosphere dispel any notion that one must journey to some distant or exotic place or to participate in a structured retreat as a part of a group in order to develop a healthier mindset and lifestyle through this training. Although the training will positively impact different people In dealing with different issues as individuals, my experience resulted in the meditation portion focusing on the relaxation of the mind and body in reducing stress and the mindfulness portion resulted in a better mental organization and appreciation of all that life has to offer, the ultimate result being the development of a more stress free, well prioritized lifestyle. Since completing the course, I meditate each day. Like most, my time is limited and that was the excuse I had used. With Jennell's guidance, I have learned that once we discipline ourselves to it's importance, the time will make itself available. I sleep better, enjoy a more positive attitude, worry less about things I can't control, enjoy the beauty and joy of everyday life and have a greater sense of general well being. I have experiences significant improvement in dealing with stressful situations, particularly those over which I cannot control.

When I started seeing Barry as I stated before I didn't know what to expect. I have still seen him almost weekly since my first review. He has helped me through loss, family issues, personal anxieties, as well as the stress of a wedding!! He was there prior to the proposal through the planning and even was a guest at the wedding. The days where I felt like I couldn't even bear it, I'd find myself calling him and asking him to fit me in which he always did. He got me to this point. Happily married now almost two weeks with the tips and methods to keep me calm through everything. He is without a doubt someone who I couldn't thank enough. The best part is that now when I am panicked I can imagine our sessions. For example, I am not a fan of the ocean. The other day my husband and I agreed to snorkel even though I was terrified. I could feel my heart racing my breathing as well. I was struggling in the water not enjoying any moment of it. I took a minute and used the techniques he taught me to calm myself down. When I opened my eyes everything had changed. I was calm. I was able to stop and appreciate all the beauty I was seeing. Even if you go for 5 sessions, it's something you take with you. I owe him a lot and trust me even two years later I plan to continue this journey with him helping make my life and my mind a better version of me than I ever thought possible! Oh and yes the weight loss has continued :))

Barry took the time to set expectations. We discussed my issues and he had some really insightful advice. Afterwards we did a hypnosis session. That pretty much speaks for itself. Barry is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. It's absolutely worth every penny!! And the best part? The morning after each session I wake up unspeakably happy... I can't explain it other than to say I feel lighter, if that makes any sense. Give Barry a try, you will not regret it!! What have you got to lose? (And what do you have to gain?)
