We entered this world of Calm and Love and Acceptance from a gathering of about 20 people in the Reiki Circle, which started promptly at 7 pm. Our spiritual guide walked us through meditation and proceded with a healing ritual; what struck me most was, she picked up just where I was hurting. I felt a lightness and energy coming through me after; in which I did not come in with earlier. The next morning my pained area was actually diminished as well. I know this, because my lower back pain, that had been blocked for a great while was alive and well.
