I was really surprised by how strong her hands are! I ended up asking her if she could be more gentle because she has a very strong massage - something that a lot of people appreciate in a massage and normally I would too, but since being pregnant I notice I'm needing more gentle touch. Massage Review for Gail Clare Susie Organic Spa Cherry Creek…read moreNorth I met Gail Clare when she did a reflexology massage on my feet during a facial treatment I was having because she happened to have a 30 minute break in between clients and came and did this for me. That was clever advertising and I am drawn to smart people. After my treatment I scheduled an hour massage with Gail and after that I bought a package of one and a half hour massages because an hour is not enough. The spa where she works is in a great location and has parking and the parking is free. Gail has a great calm energy and when you have someone do body work on you that is important. I was also given the choice of a massage oil, lotion or a plant-based oil for a small upcharge. I'm happy that I have prioritized massage in my life, it has helped me lose weight, heal injuries and stay in alignment. I highly recommend Gail as a massage therapist.

I specifically asked what type of pressure this therapist did and he assured me that they could go deep. It was probably one of the worst massages that I have ever had, and I used to manage a massage Spa so I know what is good and not good. With the high charge of the membership plans, they really should work on giving accurate information to customers. I left very annoyed and frustrated. On top of that, the front desk agent kept looking for sympathy about an accident he just had. He kept telling every customer that he interacted with that he was under the weather due to that accident. He was looking for sympathy from anyone who came in contact with him. It was cringe and wildly unprofessional. Also, The parking around this location is atrocious. It's paid parking everywhere. Close to the facility and nearly impossible to find a parking spot.
