I've went to 5 diffrent places and I've never felt the type of relief I got here. I felt like congestion in my face because of all the relief. It's hard to explain but I felt like there was fluid just built up in my body from stress and I felt it all get pushed out and that's why I felt like it made me feel congested but in a really good way. I did feel a little weird when my massage therapist stepped out the room 2 times but it was because she was getting the warm oil and hot stones. She didn't speak English to well but we still could communicate básics. It didn't matter though because she understood my body and knew exactly how to massage the knots out of my body. WOW BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I'm for sure going back and recommending to everyone !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! Please go and treat your body ! Also after I got home I took a warm bath and I stretched in there when I heard my hip like pop into place. I don't know but it was one of the best feelings ever. Absolutely loved it here and will be a customer forever.

The therapist was friendly and very helpful in relieving my tension and neck stiffness. I then signed up for the membership and I'm very happy with the massages that I've received from 2 different therapists. The lounge area is clean and very relaxing. The massage rooms are clean and soothing as well. The bathrooms are clean too. I have scheduled two classic massages for this month with another different therapist and I'm looking forward to the sessions. So far, they have all been very good and thorough with asking health questions and making certain that I am comfortable. I am happy that I've joined this spa.

Apparently I didn't qualify for the new customer price since I had an appointment once, which was 7-10 years ago. Instead of recommending a membership, which I would have been open to, the staff member suggested I call and cancel my appointment if I wasn't open to the increase in price. Fortunately there is a Lux Spa nearby and I am going to schedule an appointment there.

My experiences at Heaven & Health have been entirely positive. They are very professional, helpful,…read moreand friendly. They have a number of treatment rooms and the environment is welcoming and relaxing and comforting. I like the soft music, faint cricket sounds, heated massage table, and gentle breeze. The treatment room space feels a little bit sacred. I've been getting 90 minute massages. My therapist always talks with me before actually starting, asking about the areas where I've needed extra work previously as well as recent changes she takes into consideration, and she remembers my history. She's always adapting to my needs for more or less pressure, spots to concentrate on, spots to avoid, and trying new techniques when appropriate. She shows genuine interest and motivation to grow professionally as a massage therapist. We think through how it all evolves for me. I've usually gone about once per month but also around physically challenging events, for example in preparing for a 20 mile hike. I'm so happy with them I drive an hour to get there from home.

Last time, the there was just late for work and not answering her phone. I had even drove to the location. This time, today, the day before a holiday weekend, the therapist is leaving early because she's not feeling well and there is only a three o'clock appointment available today but I can't because I have to pick kids up from school I am just SUPER frustrated that as a working mom with three super active kids, that I took the time out to schedule an appointment, made sure it worked and then for the second time had my hopes dashed. I will not be returning after I finally get to use this gift certificate
