You fill out a client form ahead of time so they know where you would like to focus and some background on you. For me, it's always my neck and between my shoulders, I've carried that stress there my whole life. Robbie spoke with me before hand to discuss problem spots and also asked there was any places not okay to touch (I didn't have any but I thought it was very polite to ask). It was truly a wonderful massage and I actually zoned out a few times, which if you know me is rare because I am always talking a mile a minute. I woke up the next day not sore and actually feeling limber. I will be going back there again.
