And then you have a massage from Lindsay, which happens to be one of the best things in life, and it's GREAT for you! I wish I could have them in the quantities I eat chocolate and fried food, but she wouldn't have time for anyone else at that point. Please note that if you're looking for a quick "whatever" massage, this isn't it. Go to Massage Envy for that nonsense. If you want someone with strength and power matched with an equally gentle touch where it's needed, she's the therapist for you. She's worked on when I was so sore from lifting that everything hurt, and she adapted immediately to what my body needed. Other times I've gone simply for the sake of something perfect and pleasant, and I left feeling light as a cloud. I don't know much about muscle connectivity, pressure points, joint issues or anything else. I have no idea how she works her magic. I just know that I've had massages from more people than I can count, and the only person I've gone back to is Lindsay. Book her today!

Lindsay is an incredible Massage Therapist. Right when you meet with her, she's very welcoming,…read morefriendly and comfortable to be around. She really knows her stuff, too! Very well versed in the mechanics of the body, especially when it comes to injuries, tension, and pain. I've gone to Lindsay quite a few times, almost always with some sort of injury I've caused (I work with livestock, so my body takes a toll), and she never fails to provide relief, and has actually resolved some really painful problems I've had in my back, neck, and left shoulder (tension? cramped muscle? spasm? I forget, but Lindsay certainly knew what the issue was...). I've never had two of the same exact sessions with Lindsay, because she doesn't follow a script or routine. Each time you come in, she asks you how you've been feeling and works on what's been bothering you specifically. Love that she is able to explain what she's doing so well, too. Very articulate. Also, she wont' talk your ear off if what you want is a quiet session. Sometimes I want to ask her questions about some pain I'm having, or problems I have when I move around at work, and other times I want to just relax and get fixed. She picks up on this and either lets you enjoy your silence, or talks with you about the questions you have. Awesome. (She also offers traditional fire cupping at no extra charge! So cool! Love getting cups at the end of a session.) Highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and adapts each session to YOUR needs that day. A++ P.S. Just a heads-up: she is by appointment only. The address listed here is indeed her office, but she does not do walk-ins, so make sure you call her in advance to set up a session... you'll be really glad you did!

She takes the time to explain to you what issues you may be having in your body, and will give you information on how to care for them at home. Along with that, her massages are incredible as she is super strong and can get into deep tissue if that's what you're looking for! She also has an endermologie machine. It looks weird at first but once you try it it's so great. It releases all my tension and breaks up all the fascia around your muscles. It's a much faster method than getting massages for fully body relief. Her packages are super affordable and have been helping me through injuries. There is also the added beauty benefit of endermologie, as it smoothes cellulite and can help define muscles, but more than anything it feels great. And you get to wear a fun full body pant hose suit. Jennifer has worked really hard to met all COVID requirements and I felt super safe and comfortable going in this last week!

During my sessions Jen informs me when I'm out of alignment and which vertebrate(s) are affected which is always confirmed by Jeremiah. The tranquil garden walkway leading to her door instantly grounds you, you can feel your nervous system start to soften before you even step inside. And then there's Lindaluz herself. As a certified massage therapist and somatic coach, she has a gift for intuitively knowing what your body needs. Her touch is both deeply therapeutic and profoundly nurturing, blending technical skill with a calming presence that makes you feel safe and renewed. I found Lindaluz to be kind, welcoming, and I trusted her immediately. Getting a massage from her is more than just "self care" as this has really been a healing experience for me mentally and physically. After everything I have been through with my health these last few months, seeing her is as important to me as seeing my primary doctor. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, grounded, and reconnected with myself. I initially opted for a relaxing Swedish massage from her and it was wonderful. Upon the next visit, due to some pains and aches I've been having, she was able to tailor my Swedish massage to also focus on some pressure points and muscles that were sore. It was the perfect combination of a relaxing massage, but also took away some pain I've been having in some of my lower back and thigh areas. I can't recommend Lindaluz enough - if you are experiencing aches and pains or simply want a relaxing massage, book with her immediately! She's also so reasonably priced for the services she provides, so that I can keep her on my regular rotation. I'll forever be grateful to my friend for sending me her way.
