From early on, we dealt with multiple issues including leaking shower heads, drainage problems, and a sauna that never worked at all. Over time, things only got worse. The overhead shower failed more than once, additional components began leaking, and ultimately the valve/mixer failed--leaving us with only cold to lukewarm water. At that point, the unit was completely unusable. After repeated issues and no lasting resolution, we made the decision to remove and dispose of the unit so we could move forward with building a functional shower. That should not be necessary for a product at this price point. We are currently still trying to resolve this with the company, but based on our experience, the product quality and reliability have not met expectations. Proceed with caution.

Who needs negativity? Erica has been cutting my hair for over 5 years and I have never been happier. People stop me in Costco, at the movies, in Florida and in airports and ask WHO DOES YOUR HAIR?! I carry her cards with me. I have referred my friends to her because she's AWESOME. I look great every single cut/color! Did you know that Erica is a sole proprietor working 50-60+hrs per week. She started when she was 19 and her passion and knowledge of hair styling shows on every client. She cuts & colors, styles, advises and also is a cosmetologist who really loves doing facials. Although she is licensed to massage and do mani-pedi's she's recently given those up to focus on hair and skin. Erica has wonderful, friendly clients who return over and over and have followed her whenever she has relocated over those 20+years. Now that's loyalty. And yes, Erica "is" TRULY booked out 2-3 months. How do I know for sure? Well, occasionally I help her with scheduling and get to see how full her schedule is. Also, did you know that over 60% of Erica's clients have been with her since she opened her first business 20+yrs ago!!! Every client of Erica's is a walking endorsement. Erica is funny, sweet and talented! Rarely doe she ever run late - she makes sure that you have her undivided time and attention. I have never, ever known Erica to be unprofessional or rude. If anything she has a hard time speaking up or saying no and will work past closing to accommodate her clientele. Her business is now located in Salon Trendz, which is another great salon with a great group of stylists and a massage therapist. If you would like a change, call 413-284-4425.
