Dr Belknap is snarky, rude, judgemental and perpetually cranky! Today we can add coward to that list! We had a billing issue which I was told had to be discussed with him only. He refused to come to the desk and related info through his clerical help, putting her squarely in the middle. He told her to tell be he was not adjusting my bill (as he should have-long story) because we are "always late." That's a total lie!! When I asked for him to come out and give me proof he refused to show his face. I left. Then called back to speak with the office manager, Maureen. She was less than helpful. We won't go back! I would not recommend Dr Belknap!!
