As a heavier woman it isn't always easy to workout and often there are hesitations to walk into a gym and be judged by your appearance. There are not a lot of options for temporary passes, and most of the gyms in Santa Rosa are more Pilates type gyms, but this gym is a true old school weight lifting gym with great machines you cannot find at many places. The staff is always accommodating, and they genuinely care that we want to stay fit when we visit and are not concerned about gauging us for wanting to workout for the week. We love this gym.
