My condition had been going on for several months before meeting with Dave Townsend. My physician had latched on to the idea it was mild arthritis in my hip. That may have been a factor but it was not the principal issue. After a few sessions Dave helped me isolate the problem to fasciitis in my IT band, which was causing my quadricep muscles to cramp, hence the pain.
