I said I'd give him a shot for a few months if I was able to cancel without penalty if I wasn't satisfied with their service. He stuck his hand out and said "Let's do it", and we shook. I went ahead and signed the contract as I know his relatives in town and their integrity. Now as quite unsatisfied with their service, I requested to cancel, but they are enforcing the $240 cancelation fee.
