I paid for the ELITE PLUS package ($266.43 after tax just to schedule the apt). The first apt…read more(08/14/26) my daughter was unhappy with how they styled her hair, we continued to move forward, meet the photographer, took a few photos, and then we had to reschedule the rest. The second apt (10/02/26), we asked for the same photographer because she made my daughter feel comfortable. I called to confirm a few days prior that my daughter was for sure scheduled with the same photographer and told yes. When we showed up for the apt, they then told us she was fired the same day we saw her on 8/14 - so they lied to us about being scheduled with her. The new photographer was not very friendly and made my daughter feel extremely awkward. As we went through the session, I had to help my daughter and guide her positioning in some of the photos, so they looked more professional and less awkward on the preview screen. She even asked me at one point to end the session and reschedule AGAIN (for a third time). I asked her to try and bare through it as we live more than an hour away from the studio (the only studio the school will accept the Senior Photo through). They convinced me to buy the $1,799.00 mac daddy package for all digital copies and the copyright release. They convinced me that my daughter would be able to schedule photo sessions for LIFE, for FREE, and receive the FREE copyright release digital images for life, along with free hair or make-up with each and every session. Seems like a great deal, right!? Well... it would be if the pictures came out 1/2 way decent. The EDITED, PROFESSIONAL images are just AWFUL!!! Some are pixelated, some are awkward, they had her wear a white shirt on a white backdrop, they did not edit out the hair tie on her wrist or the braces like they promised her, they didn't even edit out the hand of a co-worker who was asked to hold a "prop" in the background (LIKE WHAT!?!?). oh, and let's not forget the color alterations they made, making her look like she had the world's worst spray tan and came out Trump orange. You can see the level of how awkward and uncomfortable my daughter felt in some of the pictures from our 10/02 apt. Overall, I could've provided myself with better quality photos using my iPhone and saved myself the $2,100.00. I have called a few times regarding the quality (or lack thereof) and either sat on hold for too long, or had someone answer that you could not hear or understand, running me in circles, refusing to put someone else on the phone, or transfer me to a supervisor like I kept asking for.
I am not one to typically go out of my way to leave reviews at all, let alone negative ones making me sound like a dang Karen. BUT... As a single parent, I cannot sit back and watch them rape people's wallets for shit pictures! If this helps keep another single parent from going into credit card debt like I did for this, then I did my good deed for the day. Rant Over...
