WE DO NOT KNOW!!**…read more My roommate and I went to Walmart, and while there he decided to get his haircut.  He got put on a list about 5:15ish, and the quoted wait was not too bad.  Afterwards, we proceeded to shop.  We waited until about 6:22pm( been done shopping) and he asked how long until they were ready for him.  They said ten minutes and that he was next.  I then decided to go ahead and get my hair cut.  I was quoted 30 minutes.      Time jump 12 minutes into the future, and they pull a guy and put him in the chair that they said that my roommate was next in.  I asked why and they said that this guy(who had just gotten there) had an appointment.  When you quote times, I guess that you are not supposed to figure that stuff in. I then asked how long until they were ready for him, she said that I was next, and then him.  I GOT THERE AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER HIM!!!  They have no idea how to schedule people or cut in order.  I will never try to go back.       It is now 7:02pm and they are just getting him in.  Guess what!!  All of the other stylists JUST left, so I would have to want until after he is done, just to get a chair.  A 20 minutes wait was over an HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES.  My thirty minute wait is at forty right now, but she hasn't even started him.
