The acupuncture was fairly good, however the massage was terrible and I was worried that the therapist injured my hamstring (I have had A LOT of sport/deep tissue massage)...and the herbal was eyewateringly overpriced. All that aside...a week after treatment I received a flat out crazy phone call from the owner accusing me of not paying...when i have a receipt and a debit on my bank account. She then changed her story and said the bank refused the transaction..which again is absolutely not true..as I have a receipt and verified the completion of the transaction (and have proof) on my account. I could understand calling someone if there is an issue, but she was aggressive and when I told her that there was no discrepency on my end- she called me a "liar and accused me of fraud." I am not even sure what that means, but it is certainly not an experience I would recommend for anyone. AVOID!

I was sceptical about it as I normally believe in the traditional methods although I thought I would give it a go and see what results I get. After the treatment I felt relaxed and I could realise how much less tension I have in my back muscles. I walked with ease and my posture has changed. OK so somehow I ended up with a nasty condition called TMJ and so I thought I would contact Jana…read moreMatouskova, who used to be my personal trainer to see if she knew where I could get some help, I thought in her profession she would know someone but to be nicely surprised it turns out that she was now a sports therapist and had trained in a therapeutic technique that she said could help me, called ART, which stands for Active Release Technique. I wont go into what it is and how it works, but I can say that since the treatment, which I might add was quite painful, the condition has almost gone. I subsequently visited her again but et time for extreme tension which she said had been induced or had induced the TMJ, another painful session, but again soooo much improved afterwards. Aother boring 5 Star review I'm afraid, excellent therapist and still does strength coaching and personal training.
