She analysed my skin and gave me very useful advice. I visited another two times and was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the last time I visited I received terrible service. The beautician ,whose name I didn't find out because she barely spoke to me throughout the whole 40 minutes, was quite rude. The only time she spoke to me was to guide me to the room, ask me to lie down and to take my payment. She asked no questions about my skin and made no attempts to me feel relaxed. As I said I do not know her name but she is an older, eastern european woman. I will go back to the salon but will just make sure I do not get treated by her. Take my advice go to the salon but avoid this terrible beautician.

Emilene runs her small studio from her home in Lewisham, which is a nice quiet spot for some relaxation. She is warm and friendly, making you feel instantly at ease while at the same time maintaining an appropriate level of professional distance. We chatted just the right amount during the treatment. Generally I just enjoyed the hot stones and the right level of pressure working out the tension of my recently completed masters.
