The staff know their product range extremely well and can often assist with simple queries regarding product usage. There is a card section to one side which is good if you need to get a greetings card at short notice. Because of the strange shape of the shop (something of a Chester speciality) it is quite difficult to joint the queue or to get to the papers. The queue is not usually more than 4 deep though, and if you don't want cigarettes then you can often be served at the additional till by the door. It is accessible via two large steps so it isnt very wheelchair friendly.
