In summer the queues can get very long and there are other places to go for cheaper versions of the same goods; Watergate News springs to mind, or perhaps Somerfield if you want to buy multipack chocolate as it's very expensive to buy chocolate and crisps by the bar wherever you go. The staff seem cheery enough, considering they have to work in such a boring place.

It's bigger, with more choice and even has an in-house Costa coffee shop and a glass sided lift to get from floor to floor if you find the stairs too much of an effort. The 'basement' floor has a clearance section where there's quite a lot of rubbish but the odd genuine bargain mixed in if you're prepared to have a dig.
