It was a fair quote for the company and for the customer (us). Once the date was set the crew are early in the morning and put up the new fence by the end of the day (4:30 pm). They cleaned up nicely too before heading out, including taking the old fence. We have no hesitation in recommending the DFence Company team.

I guess the owners word doesn't mean much to him. Deadline was not met even after discussing week in advance and was told it would be installed. Unfortunately, he informed me that he would credit my $$ back without even trying to find a reasonable solution. Very disappointed. I am getting my money reimbursed.

Couple of weeks later no call. I thought maybe I missed the call or they took my number wrong so I went down in person and spoke to a very nice lady there. She explained everyone else was out of the office but that she would make sure someone would call me. No one ever called me. Probably didn't want to mess around with a small job I guess. ($1200.00) If this is any indication of their professionalism probably better off they never called. I would stay away from this company.

You will not find a more cost competitive company while getting amazing service, the highest quality materials and top notch installation. The co-owners, Gabriela (office) and Juan (team lead), and their crew are so easy to work with and assure your total satisfaction through the whole process - they care and their craftsmanship is top notch. Ortiz is highly rated, fully licensed with excellent warranties on their install and a product warranty backed by a high-quality manufacturer. I ran a bid process across 4 companies large to local for a multi-neighbor vinyl fencing project. i used recommendations from a neighbor's property management company, a prior fence company I had used along with finding Ortiz through current research. Ortiz was the clear winner! Ortiz outbid one easily, was the same per foot cost as a larger fence company (Ortiz offered superior product, service and install), and beat a highly rated local company offering $2 less per foot whose customer pictures looked great but pictures are deceiving (that many homeowners would not catch). This one lower cost company uses inferior, less durable 11 1/2 in panels which did not have the UV, weather protection of the high quality manufacturer used by Ortiz. Do not be fooled.

Juan and his team showed up early each day and worked the entire day. We requested a horizontal fence for our front yard with small spacing. The front yard fence was nearly complete when Juan noticed that some of the planks were a different size, making the fence look uneven. Juan tore everything down, started all over again, and cut the planks to the exact size. We so appreciate the attention to detail, hard work, and making sure that we were happy with all aspects of the work. We could not be more pleased with the work and would highly recommend Ortiz Fencing!

IF I COULD GIVE O STARS, I WOULD…read more When we met with Nick Sanchez, he told us he would restore our home to its pre-loss condition. We trusted him to complete the job. Instead, he abandoned the job during my pregnancy and shortly after we had paid him more than $19,000, leaving unfinished work and subcontractor issues that needed correction. He informed our insurance company that the project was 98% complete, even though work remained unfinished and some work required correction. He later filed a civil lawsuit against us seeking payment that we dispute, including amounts we maintain had already been paid, mitigation payment, and amounts for work that was not completed. Before he abandoned the job, at his direction, we met his wife, Carmen Fimbres, at their bank to deposit a check payment. The check was processed, and we have documentation of that payment. The amount is nevertheless included in the money he is seeking from us. Communication was also difficult. He expected his calls to be answered immediately. On more than one occasion, after I returned his call, he spoke to me in a harsh, raised tone and said, "Do you have a problem with me?!" We are now dealing with the stress of an unfinished project and a lawsuit over money we believe was already paid. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Nicholas Sanchez Jr. or NS Construction.
